Policies

While Shafea does try to work diligently around affordability for her clients by offering sliding scale services, every appointment made takes time away from other client projects. She also needs to cover the cost of childcare while in the studio to be able to consult with her clients. 

Tattoo appointments will require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This will go towards the final cost of the tattoo.

In the event the client does not show for their booking, or cancels within less than 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited entirely and a new deposit will be made for further bookings.

When booking multiple sessions for one tattoo, only one non-refundable $100 deposit will be required. This will be credited to the last booking of this project. However, the above policies will be held. This means if you do not show or cancel in less than 24 hours, your original deposit will be forfeited and another one will need to be paid to continue to hold the rest of your booking sessions. 

There is also a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required for consultations. If you miss the consultation, the deposit is forfeited. If there is an oracle reading involved, the deposit covers this cost. Otherwise, the deposit will go toward the tattoo booking. From there, the same policies will be in affect as the tattoo appointment booking.
